To begin, initiate contact with our Client Consultant team. They will guide you through our services, assess the suitability of your home, and discuss the personalized management fee.

Should you decide to proceed, you will execute a management agreement. We will then request access to the property to verify permits, conduct cleaning, conduct an initial inspection, and create an online profile and online listing for your home. Our priority is to expedite the setup of your vacation rental.

Once your home is guest-ready, RiteStay’s comprehensive vacation rental management takes care of every aspect necessary to optimize your earnings, including:

Your vacation home is primarily yours. You're encouraged to book personal stays at your home whenever you wish, as long as you honor any existing guest reservations on your calendar. RiteStay doesn't impose limitations on the frequency or duration of your visits. To mark your travel dates, just make a reservation through your online owner account.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

We strive for a lasting partnership as your vacation rental provider and hope for your continued collaboration. Our approach emphasizes building long-term trust rather than enforcing rigid contracts. If you decide to part ways with RiteStay, you have the flexibility to cancel the agreement at any time, provided you give us a 90-day notice. During this 90-day period, we'll ensure any existing reservations at your home are honored accordingly.

How much are RiteStay fees?

At RiteStay, we like to keep things simple with one comprehensive fee for all our essential services. No nickel-and-diming. No hidden fees. No paying multiple vendors.

Who stays in the property?

We work with nationwide businesses, airports and hospitals to help house their professional employees, cabin crews and doctors, who need accommodation in the area.

They cannot commit to long-term leases as they may be in the area for only a short period of time (a few days up to 6 months). That’s where we come in and provide accommodation on a short-term basis to them while ensuring we meet our obligations to you as our landlord or client.

We fill gaps by renting the property to well-vetted guests who need accommodation while visiting the area for leisure and to families who need an accommodation due to work being carried out on their main residence (often insurance companies are funding the stays).

What assurances do you have that the property will be looked after?

Like any tenant things can get damaged, however unlike a regular tenant, we repair and maintain the property whenever an issue occurs. Our guests have to provide ID, sign terms and conditions and we take a security deposit every stay.

If something gets damaged we charge it directly to the guest out of the security deposit and inform their employer (our guests do not want to upset their employer). We are fully insured with legal indemnity, contents and public liability insurance if the worst should happen.

A key difference with us, is that we have guests, not tenants so they have no right to occupy. If there is a problem – we can remove them. Overall, the property has to stay in hotel standard condition or we could not operate as a business so you can rest assured the property will be looked after – that’s what makes us the perfect tenants as your needs and ours are aligned!
